Hey there! I work in healthcare and got my graduate degree in public health. Is it important to be as healthy as you can (like doing things you mention through sleeping better, getting plenty of water, trying to eat balanced meals, etc.)? Absolutely. HOWEVER, none of these are a “cure” to Covid19. NONE of these will help you “get over covid19”.

If fending off covid19 was as easy as using Zinc and/or vitamin C, we wouldn’t be having a 20% global lockdown. Scientists are working day and night to find a vaccine. Right now, the best we can do is treat symptoms.

I survived cancer. Right as chemo was starting I asked my oncologist (this was back in 2018) “Hey, do any over the counter immune system things actually help?” He said they do NOT make a noticeable difference. The only “immune system boost” you can get must be given as an order from your doctor (like getting Neupogen shots at a hospital).

This article is going to give the wrong impression and is frankly, dangerous. It’s going to get even more people hospitalized when hospitals all over the globe are already being pushed to their limits and beyond.
