I left Christanity around when I was 18/19 years old. I grew up in a home with a mother who was very Greek Orthodox and a father who was Methodist. If you aren't aware, Orthodoxy is very "hard core" traditionalist when you compare all the different denominations. I grew up slowly getting more and more uncomfortable with the various things I had been told by priests and things I witnessed from other so called "Christains" and it got to a point where I couldn't just take it anymore. I kind of "drifted" from one belief to the next until I was about 20/21 and stumbled on Paganism. I have seen myself as a Hindu Pagan for maybe 2-3 years at this point because Hinduism naturally is along the lines of what I believe in when it comes to spirituality - never been happier in this regard!
